Gautam Gambhir the Indian opening stalwart who is in prime form will be missing the 3rd Test match against Sri Lanka to be held at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai from 2nd December 2009. Gautam Gambhir will be attending his sister’s wedding ceremony.

Gautam Gambhir scoring two consecutive centuries (big ones) will be missed by India and a big sigh for Sri Lanka. M Vijay might take his place in the opening slot, who opens for the Tamil Nadu.
