A maiden one day hundred by Cameron White helps Australia to win the 3rd ODI by 6 wickets with 9 balls remaining on Wednesday, September at Rose Bowl. This is Australia's 3rd consecutive win over England as they took a comfortable lead of 3-0 in 7 match series.
England won the toss and elected to bat first put 41 runs for the 1st wicket but 3 wickets for 20 runs put them on back foot and wickets at regular intervals restricted them to 228 for 9 in 50 overs. Shane Watson took 3 wickets for 36 runs.
Australia got a slow start as they were 52-2 in 14 overs but 143 runs 3rd wicket partnership between Cameron White (105 runs of 124 balls with 9 fours and a six) and sheet anchor inning of 52 runs of 92 balls with just 1 four by captain Michael Clarke guided Australia for a six wicket win.
